The Runcible Spoon Deli Newent

The “Runcible Spoon” is a pseudoword invented by Edward Lear used most famously in the Owl and the Pussy Cat. It is also famous in Newent where you will find some of the tastiest cakes, soups, pies and salads produced by Penny and a foodie team  in the café. You will also find locally produced cheeses from Double Gloucester and Stinking Bishop produced in Dymock.  Owner Pat is a cider maker and stocks many local ciders and perrys from friends around the 3 Counties.  With  a range of lunches and brunch meals it makes up a vastly tasty menu.

They host a craft cafe on the first Thursday of the month and supper evenings once a month on the last Thursday.
